Dr. Luke D. Vickers was born and raised in Oceanside, California. He earned his undergraduate degree at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and his dental degree (D.D.S.) at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). His postdoctoral surgical residency training at Loyola University Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center in Chicago, allowed him to develop expertise in a great variety of oral and maxillofacial procedures and in the administration of anesthesia. His clinical interest and expertise include dental implantology, removal of wisdom teeth, anesthesia, treatment of benign pathological lesions and facial trauma repair.
In his spare time, Dr. Vickers enjoys being with family, surfing, reading, writing haiku poems, and playing the drums.
Dr. Vickers enjoys getting to know his patients and the feeling of a job well-done.
