Rustic Apple Cranberry Pie

This little pie is only FOUR ingredients! Four!

The best part?? You don’t have to wait for a special occasion to make this…just make it tonight and enjoy it in your cozy socks in front of the TV.

Here is the recipe.

1 uncooked pie crust (I used a store bought one but you can use homemade)
1 (21 oz) can of apple pie filling
1½ cups fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Roll out your pie crust on to a lightly greased baking sheet. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, toss your apple pie filling and cranberries together with the cinnamon.  Spoon this fruit mixture into the center of your pie crust.

Fold up the edges around the the crust as pictured above.

Pop the pie into the oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes.  Remove from oven and serve immediately (maybe with some ice cream too!).

Cranberries are a little tart, so if you want to sweeten them up a bit, toss them with a tablespoon of sugar about 10 minutes before you start assembling.
